Whether you're a first time home buyer or not, the process of buying a home can be overwhelming and a little scary. Rest assured your realtor and I willl walk you through the home inspection process. After your inspection you will have a complete understanding of the condition of your new home.

Your family's safety and well being are my primary concern. During your inspection I'll let you know if the systems that make up your home were built or installed correctly, maintained well and whether or not the house is safe.

I encourage you to be present during your inspection and invite you to bring others along as well. This provides me the best opportunity to educate you on the systems of your home and answer ALL of your questions.

Don't worry - no home is absolutely perfect. Your realtor and attorney will help you decide what to do if problems are found. The majority are usually maintenance items - not major repairs. I will provide common sense remedies to problem items and not just advise you to have the items evaluated further like most other home inspectors do.

FREE 90 Day Warranty - $2500 value

In order for you to buy your new home with a little peace of mind I provide a complimentary 90 day limited warranty from Residential Warranty Services, Inc. that covers up to $500 in qualifying mechanical repairs and $2000 in qualifying structural repairs.

The 90 days begins on the day of inspection. If your closing is more than 90 days from the date of your inspection the warranty is extended 22 days from your closing date.
