end of warranty inspections as well as radon, mold and water testing. To thank
those who I feel have a great impact in protecting, educating and caring for
the people in our communities, I offer a 20% discount to Police Officers,
Firefighters, Teachers and Nurses. I also provide up-front pricing. No add-ons
for larger homes or driving distance.

In the real estate market today listing inspections are a must. Setting the
houses you list apart from the rest means providing information to potential
buyers. Which would you rather place an offer on, a home with an inspection
report you can review or one without?
Driving down the street can you tell which home has already been inspected? I am the only inspector that provides an eye catching yard sign stating the home has already been professionally inspected. This shows you’re listing a quality home. A home free of surprises that can make your deal fall through.

AM HERE TO HELP YOU SELL HOMES
Everyone knows that purchasing a home is a persons’ largest investment,
which is why over 80% of all homes are inspected. I understand why most realtors
are leery of home inspectors and don’t want one that is known for breaking
deals. Rest assured I am here to help you sell homes. My obligation is to
provide an unbiased assessment of the home and that is exactly what I do.
I don’t rip houses apart!
If serious defects are found I explain to my clients that they should talk
to you about trying to work out an arrangement with the seller. I will NEVER
tell a client not to purchase a home nor will I ever advise them on the price
of repairs. Additionally, I believe an accurate assessment means pointing
out positive things as well.
Since I also believe strongly in safety around the home, I provide supplemental information on fire safety for all ages, carbon monoxide alarms, and an offer for free installation of a Brinks Home Security system with every inspection.
I realize your time is important so I always arrive early to get the exterior of the home done before you get there and I complete the reports in my office - not while you wait!
WARRANTIES
To give buyers and sellers a little piece of mind I provide complimentary
90/120 day limited warranties as outlined in my website. These in no way adversely
affect any warranty you or your office may offer.
