I am a State Licensed Home Inspector, Member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Pro-Lab Certified Mold Inspector, career Firefighter/Paramedic, and Fire Investigator in Lake County, IL. I have dedicated my life to the safety of others and feel obligated to educate you on things that could harm you and your family. In doing so it will afford you the opportunity to test your current or future home accordingly.
I have 20 plus years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling and over 16 years in the fire service. This combination gives me a well rounded knowledge base for conducting an accurate inspection.
I am required to complete continuing education by the State, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and the fire department. This enables me to stay current with new building techniques and materials.
