construction. This experience, along with being a career firefighter and fire investigator, gives me the knowledge to be by far,
one of the best home inspector in the business. I know where contractors and handymen cut corners and I know how every
aspect of a home is supposed to be built.
I'm required to complete several hours of continuing eduction on building products, materials and methods by the State of
Illinois, the International Asssociation of Certified Home Inspectors and by the fire department. Since I keep up to date with
new trends in building construction, I will be able to provide you with a better inspection.
